1. Metrics

   UltraStaffChatPro uses https://bstats.org/ to collect metrics, such as the amount of servers using the plugin. You can view bStats's Privacy Policy here. - You can opt-out of this in /plugins/bstats/config.yml

2. External Services

   - Maven UltraStaffChatPro downloads dependencies from several third-party maven repositories. - SpigotMC UltraStaffChatPro uses SpigotMC's API to check for updates. You can view SpigotMC's Privacy Policy here.

3. Data Collection

   UltraStaffChatPro contacts Hypera's API endpoints to validate that the copy of the plugin running is legitimate. This API stores information, including, but not limited to; IP addresses, SpigotMC user ids, SpigotMC download "nonce"s, and plugin versions. Information collected by this API will not be released to anyone unless required by law, and this data is only accessible by Hypera developers.
