Definitions:

• "Plugin" refers to the Java Software distributed under the name "UltraStaffChatPro" and can be found on SpigotMC at https://spigotmc.org/resources/80461

• "Binary" refers to the compiled version of the Plugin.

• "Author" refers to the author of this software, Joshua Sing.

• "You" refers to the person(s) that purchased, download or used the Plugin.

• "SpigotMC" refers to the website https://www.spigotmc.org/.

By purchasing, download or using the Plugin, you accept and agree to the following Terms of Service.

• Do not decompile the Plugin or Binary.

• Do not redistribute the Plugin or Binary - This includes sharing with anyone privately.

• Do not claim the Plugin as your own.

• Do not modify the Plugin or Binary.

• Do not charge-back your purchase.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the Plugin or Binary.

• Do not create or distribute anything that circumvents reverse engineering the Plugin or Binary.

Violating the above Terms of Service may result in your access to the Plugin being revoked.

Joshua Sing reserves the right to:

• Change the Terms of Service at any time and without notice, and you agree to comply and follow the latest version.

• Log server information, including but not limited to; IP addresses, SpigotMC user ids, SpigotMC download "nonce"s, and plugin versions.
